Description

The global access organization has a global charter that is principally responsible for ensuring proper control of access to IT and data assets for enterprise computer platforms and applications on a global, regional, divisional and local basis. Responsible for providing support to all clients which includes employees, contractors and business partners which requires working with personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities:
. Fulfill approved requests for access, recertifications per user request and security policies.
. Resolve incidents via the IT Service Management System per documented SLA timeframes and according to security policies
. Identify operational technical and process issues and recommend improvements
. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
. Responsible for day to day support and administration of security components of global IS systems.
. Provides email and telephone support to end users to resolve IT system access related issues.
. Create, modify and delete accounts requested by customers via request forms within SLA
. Ensure that ITSM incident and service request tickets are responded to and resolved within SLA
. Serve as escalation point within Administrator teams for requests issues of greater complexity

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. At least three years of experience in systems support and working knowledge of specific technology to be administered. Familiarity with multi-platform environments. Understanding of security systems.

COMPETENCIES: Experience with a variety of operating systems protocols and tools, depending on the type of platform or application to be administered. Able to rapidly absorb and implement new technologies and procedures. Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing situations and under stress, optimizing availability of system services to users/staff. Familiar with SDLC methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of Mainframe, Midrange, Database, Web, and Client Server technologies.
