For an important international client we are looking for
A SAP REM Senior Consultant (m/w)
Your Tasks:
? Managing all solution-related requirements in areas operations and development for SAP
REM (Real Estate Management)
? Budget management (define and gain agreement on project budget & planning and tracking
Run-the-Bank in SAP REM area)
? Resource planning in area Change-The-Bank and Run-the-Bank relating to REM Solution
? Managing the support process including coordination of involved employees
Your Skills:
? Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP REM
? Deep knowledge of SAP Components RE-FX (Real Estate Management) especially in sub
components space management, occupancy management and contract management
? Deep knowledge of SAP Component BP (Business Partner)
? Knowledge of SAP Component FI-AP/AR (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
? Ability to understand current/changing business processes and to create requirements
documents, use-case documentation, test plans, and rollout communications
? Excellent communication skills ability to present ideas in non-technical language
? Self motivated and -directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a
high-pressure environment
? Strong German and English language skills
