CRM Technical Lead, Dynamics, Ireland
My client, a large organisation are looking to on board a CRM Technical Lead in Dublin, Ireland. The role will be initially 9 months and they are looking to onboard someone as soon as possible.
The CRM Technical Lead drives the technical support of customer delivery and pre-sales, and will have end-to-end architecture responsibility across all capabilities for selected pre-sales opportunities and selected customer engagements. You will be a champion for Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions on the Microsoft platform with a strong understanding of architecture, design and development. You will have in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, the platform capabilities, and extensibility features. In addition, you will be a pre-sales contributor and will assist, from a capability perspective, the pre-sales work on large scale CRM opportunities.
Professional Background:
Strong IT consulting services experience including:
Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM based Technical Lead experience
Multiple examples of major enterprise services project delivery successes
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering desirable
Current MCSD .NET or MCSE knowledge/experience desirable
Professional Skills:
Technical breadth and depth within Dynamics CRM and the ability to be credible across all solutions that support Dynamics CRM eg, SharePoint, O365, etc
Broad knowledge of Microsoft product portfolio
Strong knowledge on two or more Microsoft server products eg SQL Server, BizTalk Server, Team Foundation Server
Skilled at evaluating and communicating the business impact of new products and technologies
Customer oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of delivery methodologies
Demonstrated ability to be highly effected in a virtual team organization
Identifies high-potential employees and stimulates their growth
Self-starter with the ability to work within an operating framework
Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character who has demonstrated high moral and ethical behaviour
