Scope of work:
Responsible for project management of major project delivery
Ensure the delivery of the project according to the contract
Ensure the quality of project delivery and customer satisfaction
As a project manager, responsible for the entire process of the delivery
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the project delivered according to the contract requirements, customer expectations, quality requirements
Responsible for project team building, resource coordination
Control project schedule and project budget to ensure project delivery and profitability goals
Control project risks, Report to sponsor and MO of significant problems
Requirements:
More than 10 years of construction industry experience, with the data center industry related project delivery experience is preferred.?
Familiar with construction operations and construction norms, understanding contracts, subcontracting, procurement, business and other basics?
Served as project manager of large residential, office buildings, shopping malls, factories and other projects, as the responsible person to complete the project from the start to the end;
Fluent English
Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering; PMP certification is preferred.

Master the project management methodology and some financial knowledge to effectively manage the project plan, finance, quality, risks;

Bachelor degree or above, architectural, structural, electrical related professional
Be good at English
