One Of Walnut Creeks leading Healthcare providers is currently recruiting for an Interface AnalystThe interface developer will be a member of the Interface team and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between the Epic system and any other systems that need to be interfaced with Epic, including systems that reside at vendor facilities.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Work with clinical and business users to collect and document requirements
- Work with Interface team to understand data structures, set and follow best practices and other team policies.
- Perform Quality Assurance on new interfaces as well as changes to existing interfaces.
- Work with Epic support teams to develop, test and deploy interfaces.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in developing HL7 interfaces in health care environments
- Proficient in Epic Bridges, Certification preferred.
- Solid understanding of processes/procedures and workflow within a hospital/clinical/health plan setting
- Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to proactively work alone and within a team environment
- Able to demonstrate basic programming skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corepoint interface engine experience
- Knowledge of Order Entry and Lab processes a plus
- Epic Bridges certification or experience
