Location: Hampshire
Rate: £300 - £320 per day
Duration: 12 months
Job Role:
The role will involve upstream Android/Qualcomm codeline inspection and patch selection.
You will work with the software build, integration, test, release (BITR) system. You will be responsible for delivering and refining the upstream code merge aspects of the continuous integration (CI) and release process.
Skills:
You will need to have in-depth and hands-on experience of working with multiple upstream Android and Qualcomm codelines using Git/Gerrit and other related build and release tools.
Configuration and automation of full Android product software build integration test release (BITR)
Preferred candidate:
An experienced and talented senior engineer to join a small advanced development team and make an immediate impression on a high-profile project.
Quickly troubleshooting and solving day to day problems as well as creating and managing engineering processes
