My client is one if Ireland's leading Commercial Banks. One of Ireland's "Big Four" they offer a full range of personal and corporate banking services.
They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work within a growing and fast moving team. The development agenda for 2014 comprises a number of workstreams of delivery across Internet Channel Development, Self-Service Banking, Digital Relationship Management Development (Including Contact Centres) and iBusiness Banking.
Essential Requirements
* A min of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst within the Internet, mobile space
* Highly experienced and skilled at turning business requirements into user stories
* Experienced using HTML, Adobe, content management systems, user experience designs, mobile and tablet experience
Responsibilities:
- Gather, clarify and document Information requirements with business users
- Ensure that the required data is complete, accurate, organised and it's meaning is clear to all who use it
- Work with business users to develop improved data processes where necessary
- Maintain strong working relationships with both technical and business colleagues
- Ensure the information analysis is carried out in line with the documented data standards
- Understand how data is organised within database/file management systems and how to access/manage it appropriately
- Prepare high quality reports/presentations on the analysis produced based on customer expectations within agreed turnaround times
