Credit Support AnalystThis Application Support position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a high pressure environment. Strong soft-skills, flexibility, ability to learn and adapt to changes are required. This production support will interact and support both technology and business individuals therefore sound understanding of the credit derivatives market is essential.
The candidate will interact directly with the traders, resolving any technical issues in a timely manner. The candidate must be able to work independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. The candidate will provide leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of a technical environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives.
Required Skills:
1. 1+ yr of Production Support Experience
2. Financial industry experience / Knowledge of Credit.
3. Strong SQL Knowledge / SQL Server understanding
4. Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge and language understanding
5. Working knowledge of ITIL
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong Follow up skills
