Our client a 500 fortune Oil and Gas company, is seeking a bright, highly motivated Oracle functional analyst for the financial back office, to support the financial queues, GL, AP, order to cash, and handling customer requests.The Oracle Applications Functional Analyst expertise for the Oracle ERP E-business suite modules including general module integration. Responsibilities also include, provides leadership to the 10 analysts team, strategic assessment and planning, instance and module configuration, solution design, system documentation, end user training, and support.
Significant experience in functional EBS application support with expertise in a minimum of two finance modules (such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Purchasing).
Possibility of working transversally with the groups in charge of BI and Big datas.
Temporary to hire in a minority-friendly company.

- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field from a four-year accredited university
- Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources environment.
- Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.
- Proficient with Oracle Payroll, Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Time and Labor with the functional and technical understanding.
- Ability to deliver end to end solution for support problems and development works including identifying the issue, setup, programming and testing.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Leads analysis, design, modeling, testing, and implementation activities within the areas of responsibilities. Provide guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for the modules within the Oracle ERP suite of applications.
- Performs analysis of present systems and operations; documents existing procedures and operating methods; defines requested data requirements; analyzes documentation files and reports; designs improved system and methods of implementation around the ERP applications modules.
- Maintain current knowledge and system functionality understanding for application modules within the area of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of Oracle capabilities, configuration and architecture.
- Oracle reporting abilities including BI Publisher and Oracle reports.
- Experience supporting Oracle modules, with the ability to support ideally four but as a minimum 2 modules (GL,PO,AR,AP,CM,FA)
