My Client is looking for a candidate with a Hybrid skill set based around change, training and business analysis.

The successful candidate will be based in and around the digital marketing department around E-Commerce, but will involve work in other areas. You will also require excellent stakeholder management to engage colleagues through change.

The Hybrid nature of the role dedicates that the candidate has strong training skills around organising workshops, identifying user needs and one-to-one session delivery.

The following skills are essential for this role:

- Retail Experience

- Business Analysis: Process Evaluation and Gap Identification

- Training Experience: 1:1, Group and Material Preparation

- User Guide Documentation

- Online Retail Understanding

- E-commerce / Web Structure Knowledge

- Excellent Communication skills

Additional Project Experience Preferred:

- MDM, PIM, DAM, CMS

- IBM Management Centre
