Title: Application Management Team Analyst
Start date: ASAP
Years of experience: 1 year monitoring, 1 year system administration and 3 years of Scripting
Job Description: This position will be responsible for the ongoing production operations, maintenance, and support of multiple third party applications directly supporting the business. Primary internal customers include Customer Care's Call Center and our Warehouse personnel.
Successful candidates will have familiarization with any of the following tools:
- Shell/Perl/other Scripting
- Nagios and/or Zabbix monitoring tools
- UNIX/Linux/AIX Administration
- Avaya Dialer/Avaya Contact Analyzer
- Adobe Connect Pro
- Previous experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of Production, Test, and Development environments with strong focus on production support is required.
- 1+ years' system administrator experience (Windows/Unix/Linux/AIX).
- 1+ years' enterprise monitoring experience.
- 3+ years' experience Scripting in Perl, Korn Shell or other Scripting languages.
- Working knowledge of some subset of the following; NICE, Voxware, Remedy, SQL, CRON and Apache are a plus.
- Broad experience across multiple areas of IT is more valuable than deep experience in a small number of areas
