My client is currently the most successful contemporary ladies fashion brand in the UK and Ireland, located in South West London who are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive/Account Manager to cover a maternity leave contract for 18 months.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling across the four seasons starting with Spring 2015 from the showrooms in and out on the road in London and the South East.  There are currently 70 key accounts/retailers in the portfolio that you will be responsible for and you would be helping to advise them how to tap the full potential sales from the client's range.

You will act as an ambassador for the brands, providing market data updates on a regular basis and constantly looking out for opportunities and possibilities for the benefit of the brand and the growth of the business

As the Sales Executive/Account Manager you will be responsible for monitoring customer's performance and forecasting their requirements going forward.  You will also be on the road visiting new potential customers opening new accounts by promoting the client's products, as well as training existing customers in their methods of retail.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience in planning, selling and negotiating

- Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation

- Strong cross functional experience across marketing and sales

- Strategy: ability to develop and implement strategy

- Analytics: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation

- Creative: ability to direct creative production and oversee implementation of marketing plans

- Proven experience within a key account selling environment

- Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
