YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Fully fluent in written and spoken English. Be able to write clear, concise descriptions of errors and issues.
The ability to find and document unexpected web application behavior quickly and be detail oriented
A self starter attitude; someone who doesn't require hand-holding
The ability to assess a situation, develop a plan, get approval, and run with it
Critical thinking and analytical skills
The ability to readily identify problems and formulate practical solutions
A cool head and demeanor to be able to work well under pressure
Familiarity with using Basecamp for project management
Front end development experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript (preferred)
SEO/PPC knowledge (preferred)
Experience with BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred)
Experience working with Google Apps (preferred)
Experience with PHP and MySQL for Back End Development (preferred)
The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
A reliable workstation with a fast computer and mic and speakers for calls. Must have reliable internet and power (maximum of 1 hour of outage per month).
Must be able to work the hours similar to that of the rest of Coalition's international teams (9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time)
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
Testing websites for both visual and functional errors
Comparing a strict list of requirements and systematically checking off that a website has every single element done correctly
Entering important data into various systems
Learning how to add products to ecommerce sites and add content to CMS systems
