Interim Recruitment Officer - NHS Trust - Essex - £150+ PDAn exciting opportunity for an Interim Recruitment Officer has arisen to work for an Acute Trust in Essex. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of prospective employees by providing an efficient, effective and confidential service for a hospital in Essex. Desired experience with headhunting and recruitment within Clinical Workforce.
Key Requirements:
- Substantial recruitment experience in the NHS
- Strong organisation skills- experience with prioritising work tasks and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent understanding with Recruitment, HR, Employment Law
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of end to end recruitment process
The role is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £150+ DOE.
