An opportunity has arisen for an Automation Specialist Test Analyst in a Global Development firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and business in a 3 month contract, with the opportunity for further extensions.
The successful candidates duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating design documents under instruction.
- Programming and unit testing.
- Guide the evaluation and selection of unit testing tools and frameworks
- Maintenance of workflow tasks that are used to control development.
- Application of quality assurance processes to the implemented solution and it's adherence to standards and best practices.
To be considered you will have key skills in the following
- Proficient in all pillars of the .NET development environment
- Have extensive coding, testing and documentation experience
- Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests using frameworks such as MSUnit, NUnit
- Experience using mocking frameworks such as RhinoMocks, TypeMock, Moq
- Experience setting up Continuous integration using tools such as Jenkins, TFS, Team City
- Experience working with Inversion of control frameworks such as Unity, StructureMap, Castle Windsor, Ninject
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) is desirable
- Experience rolling out Unit/Integration Testing to an existing code base in desirable
- .Net .X
- MS SQL Server
- Visual Studio /TFS
- VB.NET/C#.NET
- ASP.NET, including CSS and AJAX/Javascript
- Capable of applying a pragmatic approach to development undertakings
- Being expert in nominated fields of technical specialisation
- Strong written and oral communications skills
*Knowledge and experience in Superannuation or Financial Services domain is highly advantageous.
