Roc searches client is looking for a Cultural Change Trainer for an initial 6 month contract with the view of numerous contract renewals.

The successful candidate must have excellent stakeholder skills as communication is the main part of the role. Reporting directly to the division manager to affect change within the company.

Job requirements:
-To design/contribute to company culture training programme; managing step by step change.
-Responding to and documenting requirements against a background of major change, ensuring an appropriate audit trail exists for inspection by any regulator
-Acting as a key point of contact to allow messaging to flow to and from the regions to the center of excellence

Essential Skills:
-Training, delivery and presentation skills
-Proven track record of developing & delivering business training including cultural change
-Experience in Anti Money Laundering, customer due diligence, KYC (know your customers)
-Experience in managing impacting business representatives
-Experience of various training mediums
-Ability to suit that with business needs
-Excellent relationship management
-Networking skills
-Experience working with senior management
