Description
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Collections Manager on a contract basis for one of our key financial services clients who provide services to customers across the UK.
The successful individual will be required to 'get under the skin' of their business and improving performance of the department.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;
- A demonstrable background in similar roles within Financial Services
- Experience of mortgage arrears and collections
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Knowledge of MCOB and MMR and how to interpret them into operation
- Previous experience of issue resolution in areas such as process, performance and customer service
Duration - 4 months (potential for extension)
