Interim Chief Operating Officer - NHS
The Chief Operating Officer is a key member of the executive and board structure. You'll manage a portfolio of clinical services and corporate support functions. The overriding aim of the role is to ensure safe provision of high quality patient focussed services that meet performance requirements.
There are a number of key initiatives you'll lead including service re-organisation, estate reconfiguration and the development of new clinical strategies.
We're looking for an individual with:
Significant senior management experience at an NHS Trust
Significant experience across both community and acute based service provision
Strong understanding and knowledge of key current issues in NHS reform
Track record of successful leadership
