• Specialist with 4+ years of experience in handling McAfee products (especially antivirus) Version 8.5, 8.7 & 8.8

• Should have worked in an enterprise environment in managing and monitoring virus events

• Responsible for managing antivirus compliance including client coverage and definition distribution

• Responsible for product upgrades and infrastructure enhancements

• Should have experience in handling personal Firewall and host based Intrusion Prevention products

• Managing vendor co-ordination for handling false positives and unresolved virus issues

• Should have strong experience in troubleshooting & resolve issues with McAfee ePO environment

• Should have good knowledge on Virus, Worms, Spyware, Adware, Threats, Vulnerabilities and risks

• Assist in the developing McAfee infrastructure for supporting and managing antivirus/endpoint protection in a large enterprise environment

• Performs administrator operations and maintenance activities for the McAfee ePO environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with McAfee ePO environment

• Install and setup new McAfee DAT repository per the customer documentation and performing required qualification tests.

• Perform Antivirus/Endpoint Protection decommissioning activities as identified by customer Service requests.

• Modify or update the approved McAfee policy settings in accordance with the customer policies and procedures.

• Create and manage the McAfee ePO individual user account access per the customer processes and procedures.

• Support Antivirus/Endpoint Protection System life cycle management

• Perform Change, Incident, Problem, Request, Backup and Configuration management as per ITIL process

• Support DR Recovery Events and Tests for the Antivirus/Endpoint Protection system as required.

• Perform threat remediation tasks on customer computers

• Prepare periodic reports and share with customer

• Excellent communication skills: Must have strong verbal, oral and written communication skills. Should be good at building trust-relationships and work with business side, other technology groups and teams overseas.

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• Willing to work in 24*7 support
