A global Fortune 500 technology company requires a dynamic Lean Six Sigma certified professional to join the EMEA Operational leadership team to help identify and prioritise improvement opportunities within the Sales Operations division of the business.
My client is looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualified leader who will drive the business to deliver higher efficiency through embedding a culture of Operational Excellence. The company is looking to drive change within their Sales function via initiatives that transform processes, people & technology. The candidate will be confident in influencing senior stakeholders in important decisions throughout the process specifically with the Design Office Strategy.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in delivering large complex Operational Excellence initiatives (LEAN/Six Sigma), which impact the both internal & end customers.
* Extensive experience of redesigning processes.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, to deliver a range of sales, financial and customer experience benefits.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the proven ability to work at all levels of an organisation.
* Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.
* Process improvement experience within the sales process is extremely desirable.
* A background in working within the software industry is preferable; experience with Salesforce as the process tool is a distinct advantage.
