Your tasks:
- You are responsible to record all the clients' needs, analyze incidents and requests and help finding solutions (phone and written correspondence)
- You are the interface between the customer and the internal and external business units
- You manage escalations, coordinate and manage the solving of incidents and service requests
- You support hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Notebook, Blackberry) and support operating systems (Windows and Apple)
- You are responsible for the support for Microsoft supported applications (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Media Player)
- you are responsible for the support for other Applications (Adobe Reader, WinZip, McAfee and Symantec Antivirus Software)
Your qualifications
- You have a certificate of proficiency (computer scientist or computer technician) or a professional certificate in business computer science
- You have professional experience in the IT environment and a proof of expertise in the support of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
- You have experience in IT support and IT service management
- You are fluent in German, French and English correspondence
- You have excellent verbal communication skills and a strong sense of service
- You like to work in a team, to take responsibility and to constantly evolve
