If interested please submit you resume toThe MWD Coordinator will provide qualified personnel and equipment to field locations and ensure 100% client satisfaction. This position has significant on-call responsibilities and responsibility to travel to the field as required. They will assist all departments during day-to-day MWD operations, and other related tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Job functions include:
- Coordinate scheduling of personnel and equipment
- Ensuring that all MWD job requirements are met and/ or exceeded
- Work towards maintaining an above-average reliability standard on all MWD equipment
- Work with other Coordinators in maintaining proper staffing levels and performance evaluations
- Learn new technology as it becomes available
- Ensure that all subordinates are working in conjunction with Ryan's HSE Policy Statement
- On site visits to be done regularly
- Ensure that performance management is measured and documented
- Demonstrate MWD equipment & technology to clients, and others as needed
**MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MIDLAND,TX
