Finance Assistant Manager to work in Weybridge.

For this role you should be a partly or fully qualified person to be responsible for all areas relating to the accounting functions and financial reporting and responsible to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks and activities.
You will also travel extensively to all subsidiaries of our client to ensure compliance and training of staff in said subsidiaries throughout Europe.

Responsibilities;

Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Monitor and review all financial transaction in the system for Logistic business for all subsidiaries and RHQ.
Provide effective cash management, prepare daily cash flows, maintain daily reconciliation of accounting system (SAP) and bank statements.
Ensure financial integrity of financial reporting that underlying system and structure is complete.
Perform detailed management, budgetary, forecasting and cash flow reporting for all logistic business.
Review the compliance with all taxation returns e.g. Income tax, VAT, WHT in prescribed timescales as required.
Undertake foreign exchange revaluations as necessary.
Provide full support and training to all staff as required in RHQ and subsidiaries.
Handled many translation works related to financial statement and updated accounting materials and data and apply appropriate accounting treatment.
Supported internal and external audit procedures by providing necessary all financial information and documents.
Conduct finance related (ad hoc) projects in order to constantly improve systems and procedures.

Education and Experience;

Fluent English proficiency.
Detailed knowledge of SAP.
Accounting qualification or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
Experience in finance field.
Preferred Logistic experience.
