Korean, Networks, Firewalls,Solutions Coordinator (Multi Channel), Korean Speaker required in Weybridge for 4 months.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
A temporary position has arisen for expansion of new Multi-Channel solution called Mediatrix to all related contact center support for customers on all digital channels. This role will require consistent communication to provide necessary guideline and monitoring result for performance improvement across to Europe at all levels. Must have ability to analyse data and resolve problems and issues and to act as a coordinator for customers.
General Profile
The Multi Channel Solutions Coordinator must have strong analysis skills, experience in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and modifying web applications.
Communicate skill with European customer and Korean customer as well.
Bilingual (English and Korea).
Proficient in OA program (MS Word , MS Excel , Power Point).
Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance.
Able to communicate at all levels with customers and companies with people for whom English may not be the mother tongue.
Willing to travel to client sites to advise customers on improvements and work towards meeting client objectives and requests in a consistent way and approach to multi-channel solution or business development matters.
Technical Expertise
Proficient in Windows and OA program.
Basic knowledge in Firewalls & Networks.
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Degree or equivalent (in a business, accounting or computer related discipline).
English and Korean speaking is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be free to travel within Europe as required.
Largely autonomous role; so good client facing skills with experience of all levels of people and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and the business.
