Role - ETL Developer (SQL)6 Month Contract
Central London
Computer Futures require an ETL Developer for a prestigious Media Agency based in central London.This Media organisation are widely regarded and recognised as one of the worlds leading employers. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of reliable, secure and scalable bespoke databases, Stored Procedures, SSIS Packages.
Required Experience
Previous experience working within a Media organisation would be advantageous
SQL Server 2008/R2/2012
T-SQL - stored procedures
ETL Development (SSIS) - Undertaking ETL operations to accurately import, convert and extract bulk data and documents from existing and new applications
Worked with Microsofts SQL Server stack; knowledge of additional coding languages is an advantage
Excellent problem solving abilities - able to think outside the box when required
Able to understand complex data projects involving multiple stakeholders, taking a methodical approach to issue resolution
Excellent communication skills - can translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as explain concepts to those less technically minded
Confident working independently as well as in a team
Can grasp and assimilate technical concepts quickly, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies
Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational efficiency
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
Organised and detail-focused, process oriented approach
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
