Description
Architect and Develop for Microsoft SharePoint Portal for external sites. This is a hands-on development position and development will be done in jQuery. This position will require candidates with extensive .NET development experience, who also have some experience and knowledge of SharePoint 2010, jQuery and HTML5.
Candidates must be local to the job location, or able to relocate at their own expense.

- jQuery and HTML5 experience is required.
- jQuery Mobile experience is required.
- Need strong experience in .NET Development in C#
- An understanding of claims based authentication and the Business Connectivity Services (BCS) is also a plus.
- An in depth knowledge of portal solution architecting, designing, developing, performance tuning, capacity planning and problem solving.
- Experience in developing and building Web Parts using SharePoint object model using Visual Studio 2010
- Experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of various applications including Web, Windows and Client Server Application development using but not limited to: .NET 3.0 Framework, C#, ASP.NET, XML, web services, WWF, WPF, WCF, AJAX Technologies, and Silverlight.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications and technical design.
- Familiarity with Middleware concepts, and use of TIBCO/ESB for Integration Solution (Hands-on experience with these not required, but must have an understanding/knowledge of these concepts and technologies)
- Basic knowledge of Oracle databases administration, and SQL Scripting, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of version management (TFS [Team Foundation Server] knowledge preferred)
- Familiarity with high availability technologies
- Disaster recovery planning and testing
- Experience dealing with multiple tiers of an application
