Description
Experienced SAP Demand/Change Manager required, supporting the management of requests for change of/in an enterprise scale, globally distributed SAP system known as EVO and undertaking operational impact assessments.
Ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong operational impact assessment and project/change management skills, in an ITIL based SAP environment.
Must have excellent communication and organisational ability, be driven and get results.
Occasional travel to Germany will be required.
Operational Impact Assessment (OIA):
- Identify the relevant functional and technical documentation and ensure that this documentation is sufficiently detailed and agreed
- Identify and define the scope of deliverables from EVO Operations required for implementation of the demand, both operational acceptance, deployment, and support enablement
- Identify the tasks required to support the new demand in BAU
- Agree quality of the deliverables of EVO Operations
- Agree Operational Quality Gate criteria to be validated by EVO Operations in the Quality Gates
- Develop and agree the approach for implementation of the new demand, as far as EVO Operations is impacted
- Agree deployment approach and release bundling
- Identify EVO Operations suppliers to contribute to implementation of new demand
- Estimate the effort within EVO Operations and its supplier for demand implementation
- Demand Assessments and Technical Project Mgmt. for Demands
- Registration, forwarding and tracking of demand requests
- Report generation
Demand Requests Management:
- Register demand request
- Initial assessment and classification of complexity
- Status tracking and communication
- Creation and alignment of Operational Impact Assessment

- Weekly Report: aligned and approved by Vodafone Mgmt.
- Monthly Report: aligned and approved by Vodafone Mgmt.

- Demand Review Board preparation for GESO activities including alignment
