Description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide decision support, thought leadership, analytics and insight on Cost Reduction & Value Realization activities including evaluating new organization structures/costs, restructuring spending and savings/costs associated with other outsourcing initiatives, etc.
2. Manage monthly monitoring of KPI's to ensure program delivery progress and trouble shoot issues to resolution escalated from the Regional/Global PMOs along with ad hoc requests
3. Review and support approval of programs and initiatives in accordance with overall program master plan
4. Liaise with regional Cost leads and drive coordination/reporting of program initiatives on a timely basis
5. Guide and prepare analysis for ad-hoc Sr. Management requests and special projects
SKILLS:
Qualifications:
- BA in Finance Required
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10 years. business experience
- 5 years. Financial Analyst experience
- Excellent Analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Orientation towards details and driving results
- Extensive practical system knowledge (Advanced Excel, Modeling, PowerPoint)
- Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Strong influencing and communication skills and ability to lead informal teams
