Responsibilities:

• Production of software design, code, test suites and documentation
• Engaging with their quality processes (e.g. peer review) to deliver high quality software with low defect rates.
• Managing your time to produce deliverables effectively and efficiently
• Engaging with your own personal development and training to improve your skills and expertise.
• Liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers in a professional and competent manner.

Required attributes:
• Genuine passion for computers in general and programming in particular
• Demonstrable excellence in previous employment or education
• Superior technical problem-solving skills
• Quick to learn, and to get to grips with unfamiliar code / technologies
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Good written- and spoken English
• Competent in technical decision-making

Preferred attributes (not compulsory):
• Familiarity with Java and / or C#.
