A Semiconductor Principal Quality Engineer is needed for a blue chip semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis. The successful candidate will be working in Product Line RF, and is responsible for state-of-art developed dedicated RF process.

Job Responsibilities
The Principal Quality Engineer is responsible for:
• Intrinsic quality in newly developed products, compliant with customer quality requirements as well as company guidelines
• Manage product qualification (risk analysis, qualification strategy, failure assessment, safe launch and monitoring plan)
• Prepare and review gate documentation from the quality perspective and prepare go/no go decision
• Quality interface to customers: customer requirements, customer quality documentation (PQP/PPAP/PCN/ Questionnaires), complaints, alerts and risk assessments, customer quality programs
• Quality interface to diffusion/assembly/test-fabs (review ECN, qualification plans, waivers, 8D’s, risk-assessments, non-conformances)
• Lead or participate in 8D-teams and drive quality improvement programs (Cost of Non-Quality, ppm-reduction, monitoring)

Job Requirements
• University degree (Physics, Electronics)
• In depth knowledge of IC technology (diffusion process & package technology), quality & reliability
• Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, DOE, 8D, 6ó etc) and application
• Analytical thinker, problem solver
• Good organisational skills, project leader skills and high level of independence.
• Creative and taking initiative
• High drive, result oriented and teamworker
• Strong in communication, interaction, presentation and reporting.
• Flexible in working off-office hours to ensure realising commitments.
