The IT Support Analyst will be part of a small team responsible for corporate desktop and server support of mostly local internal employees. The position requires technical proficiency as well as an eager attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills. There is also an opportunity to move into a support engineer position down the line if performance is strong.

Responsibilities
* Desktop Support and management to a mainly Windows environment (some Linux)
* Hardware and Software Deployment (PC and laptop imaging)

* Support ticket management and managing IT support queue

* File and Print Server Management (Permissioning and troubleshooting)
* Mobile Device Support (blackberry, apple, etc.)
* Phone Provisioning (Cisco VOIP phone and directory configuration)

* User, Group, and DL maintenance
* Purchasing and managing the IT purchasing workflow
* Broker and trading technology support

* Improves processes and makes suggestions for technology improvements

Requirements
* BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

* 3 years experience desktop support in a Windows environment

* Understanding of the queuing system used in support environments

* Strong communication skills and experience communicating across various technology teams
* Strong problem solving and decision making skills

* Must work well in a team environment

* Mac and UNIX Familiarity a plus
* Experience in the trading or financial industry a plus
