Electronics Engineer, Mixed Signal, Analogue, Digital, Microcontrollers, EMC, £40-£45 ph, 6 months, Essex, South EastTHE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer who wishes to work on the design of an electronic system that will provide interesting design challenges that will take you out of your comfort zone?
If this is the case, my client has a role for you. They have an immediate requirement for an Electronics Engineer to work on a project that is currently estimated to last 12 months.
For this role you should be an Electronics Engineer who has worked through out the product lifecycle, from design all the way through to EMC test.
The system you will be working on requires you to have mixed signal design skills ( Analogue and Digital ), ideally with experience interfacing to FPGA's. You should be familiar working with Microcontrollers and should ideally worked on electronic designs to safety critical design standards.
Apart from having the technical ability you should enjoy working part of a tight knit Electronics team, who is motivated to work to project deadlines.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Full product lifecycle experience (Design to EMC)
2. Mixed signal design (Analogue and Digital)
3. Microcontrollers & Microprocessors
4. Experience interfacing to FPGA's
5. Basic Embedded C (to test the hardware)
6. It is desirable if you have done Safety critical design, working to specific safety standards (ideally IEC 61508)
