SKILLS
At least 10 years Build, Deployment, Configuration, and Release Management experience; Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Continuous Build and deployment Management for complex software applications; Technical Skills - XML, Spring, EJB, SOAP, Eclipse, MQ; Demonstrated experience in new development, modifications/medium to complex customization; Post secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent; Strong command of English language. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong background and proven experience using Microsoft Windows, UNIX operating systems; Strong debugging skills and the ability to think critically in order to write effective code. Experience with Java, .NET development and Unit testing; Experience with utilizing system development life cycle for large scale projects and system development methodologies such as Agile, Lean, SCRUM, and Extreme Programming. Organized, independent, and proactive; Great organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once; Demonstrated experience applying agile methods in a project management environment; General awareness of current technologies; Experience in integrating/developing tools to improve quality such as continuous integration, deployment, configuration management, test automation, Behavior Driven Development; Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Project; Demonstrated understanding of software architecture design and patterns such as SOA, OO, Analysis and Design, Component Architecture, Event/Message Driven; Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
