My client a leading Australian employer is looking for a Customer Support officer for an initial 8 month contract with extension options. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the online project of work through effective customer support and understanding of my clients wholesale operations.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Strong background in a Telco environment
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Attention to detail essential
  • The duties for this role will be repetitive
  • Database input
  • Ability to learn about the Telecommunications Industry and understand Structural Separation Undertaking (SSU) Training Provided.
  • Mailbox Management via outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Specific capabilities:

  • Assist Online Customer Support Team with Help Desk activities
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to be trained in LinxOnline applications and the management of digital certificates
  • Ability to manage your workload with competing priorities
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • IT confidence
  • Previous Helpdesk experience essential
