Description
Support Sales Operations Manager in developing quarterly and year-end alignment scenarios for Regional Business Directors and Area Business Managers by accessing sales, potential, and population data in Territory Optimization software.- Provide territory and area level data to support budgeting process.
- Design and maintain alignments to Technical Services and Supporting teams.
- Process new accounts, year-end alignments, representative assignments, in alignment and CRM systems.
- Research customer account-level data and territory alignment policy to validate correct year-end and quarterly realignment of customers and zip codes.
- Partner with Customer Database team to ensure alignments are in sync with account level changes (merges, source relinks, and hierarchy updates).
- Work with BT, Business Units, and Sales Operations colleagues to support sales crediting, multi-species allocation, and sales force compensation.
- Assist teams to improve upon systems and business processes currently in place.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or related field.
- A minimum of four years of business experience in a quantitative and/or statistical environment.
- Proficient PC and systems skills with strong knowledge of Excel (VLookups, if statements, etc).
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under and meet tight timelines.
- Experience in and knowledge of animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
- Working knowledge of sales force optimization software (such as Javelin).
- Experience with SalesForce and Oracle BI.
