Description
ListRunner is looking for a great UX and UI designer. (Remote or Bay Area)ListRunner is a mobile app for doctors in hospital.
Right now, believe it or not, doctors still use paper and post-it notes to track critical tasks and manage their team. It doesn't matter if they're in the biggest US hospital with a multi-billion dollar patient record system or in a small hospital in an emerging country.. every morning, doctors and students print the patient list and use that paper throughout the day.
Unfortunately, it's a big deal and it's killing people. Just in the US, more than 200,000 people die every year due to communication errors in handover.
The main problem with the paper and the post-it notes is that those are thrown away at the end of the day and the next team has to start from scratch. One doctor will quickly tell the next team the most important tasks and critical patients but that quickly turn into a game of telephone, which create medical mistakes and can escalade to patients death.
And we're changing that. We have two doctors with lots of experience and an amazing team of developers. ListRunner is used in various hospitals across the world and is looking for a great UX/UI designer to join the team and push the design to a new level.
