Marketing Manager- Direct response, direct mail, 3rd Party inserts, marketing campaigns 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of all direct response marketing campaigns including:
    direct mail, partnerships, third  party inserts, DRTV and Radio
  • Will need to track the performance of campaigns against budget and project costs, ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Consequently report back and suggest improvements and make recommendations for improving future campaigns
  • Customer acquisition strategy and implementation
  • Develop/maintain supplier relationships in relation to campaign materials
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, working closely with the wider Marketing team

Skills:

  • Excellent copywriter - Attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Media planning
  • Data driven - Able to demonstrate performance through factual data reporting
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and must have strong organisational skills
  • A confident self-starter who is creative with a strong work ethic
