Working for an established organisation, the ideal candidate will be required to create and manage an integrated internal communications and people engagement strategy to meet objectives set by the digital leadership team. Responsibility will include; Developing and implementing communication strategies across multiple channels. Building partnerships and networks with senior stakeholders as well as marketing and communications teams as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues. You will be capable of working autonomously but also collaborating with a team. In addition, you will have gained substantial experience of internal communications, with history of developing and implementing targeted communication plans and using print- based, online, audio- visual and face-to- face channels. The individual will have excellent written and spoken skills, and preferably have a degree or equivalent in English or Journalism.
