Job Title: SAS Analyst
Location: Oakland, CA
Contract Length: 6 months +
Candidate must have at least ten years experience with SAS in IBM Mainframe environments, and be able to use SAS Macro. Should also have familiarity with Oracle databases, SQL, and report development in SAS and Crystal. Strong communication skills, ability to participate effectively in teleconferences and Webex. Any prior experience with Medicare, especially Medicare Risk Adjustment data, is a plus.
Top 5 Daily Responsibilities - Design, programming, testing, documentation, teleconferences with Subject Matter Experts.
Top 5 Required Skills - SAS Mainframe design, programming, testing, SAS and Crystal report design and development.
Soft Skills -- Communication skills, ability to clarify requirements.
