Quality Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Med Device - WisconsinMy client, a fast growing Medical Device company is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer. This is fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Medical Device companies in the world. In the role as a Quality Engineer you will be part of a group working with advanced technology and developing cutting edge medical device products.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 5 years experience in quality engineering
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to act as team lead
- Strong quality systems experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage Risk using tools such as pFMEA
- Coordinate new process techniques that improve overall job efficiencies
- Implement systems and procedures that assure compliance with quality standards
- Perform investigations using root cause analysis to find solutions related to CAPA and NCR's
- Provide engineering team with data from analysis tools as needed
- Work cross functionally with quality assurance, manufacturing and engineering
- Function as the liaison between the customer and the facility regarding quality matters
- Write/train work instructions
