I have a really exciting opportunity has arisen for a 6 month + contract with a prominent marketing firm, located at their London office.My client requires a skilled and articulate Network/Server Support Specialist (3rd Line / 4th line) to provide onsite support to a user base in excess of 1000 + users, working in a team of 10 other IT specialists.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previously dealt with Cisco Networking technologies (Switches, Routers, Firewalls etc.)
- Have a good understanding of Citrix
- Experience with Windows Server & Microsoft Windows XP, 7
- Be able to work well within a team environment, with a positive approach and have a "think outside of the box / problem solving" mentality
