Project Engineer
Contract - 6-12 months - Hertfordshire
Chemical/Mechanical/Manufacturing
My client has a requirement for a Project Engineer to work with them on their manufacturing facilities in Hertfordshire, on a range of projects. You will be responsible for the planning, engineering and supervision of projects.
My client work with automated production lines, so ideally you should have experience of automated machinery or a similar manufacturing environment- for example packaging equipment or conveyors. Experience with powder or liquid handling would also be beneficial.
The successful Project Engineer should:
- Have significant engineering experience of working on capital and non-capital projects. You may come from a manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical or similar process background.
- Have a high level of technical expertise/understanding of engineering principles
- Good project management skills, and experience managing contractors
- Come from a mechanical or process background
- Be able to work to budget, time and customer requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Engineer to work on some exciting and fast moving projects. You'll need to jump in and hit the ground running, with good communication and IT skills.
