Description

LTE Radio Access Engineer with strong competences in eNodeB and iOMS NSN equipments, and capable to perform the following tasks:

- Onsite Support to Customer´s O&M/NOC personnel (assisted operation).

- Troubleshooting Skills at Level 1-2 to clarify customer´s inquiries or solve network issues. Whenever the problem cannot be solved with customer onsite, escalate the issues within the internal teams in NSN (Care, GDC, etc), based on the internal processes.

- Generate documentation related to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures.

- Competence Transfer to the Customer´s personnel with O&M Routines and Basic Troubleshooting techniques
