Front End Web Developer - HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design - (mobile/ipad) JavaScript, jQuery
Front End Web Developer with excellent HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design - (Mobile/ipad), JavaScript and jQuery is urgently required by leading global organisation based in Berkshire.
You must be an experienced Front End Web Developer to work within their web team based just outside of London. You will be developing HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery on an existing application framework that currently powers their websites. You must be a forward thinking developer with an eye for design and user experience, driven by the desire to deliver pixel-perfect and engaging websites.
Role:
Reporting to the Web team manager, you will develop website UIs for a number of clients across UK and Europe based on supplied website specifications, fully compliant to the latest standards. You will be cross-browser testing your work periodically to reduce testing efforts during project life cycles and occasional attendance to project and team meetings will be required.
Requirements:

Ability to develop and integrate pixel-perfect website user interfaces across all browsers from Photoshop files.

Ability to develop websites based on business requirements through wireframes, sitemaps and technical guidelines.

Experience of developing and delivering responsive web design grid frameworks and understanding how these translate across different devices.

Experience/knowledge of working within an Agile environment.

A strong and demonstrable experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and jQuery).

Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management.

You will be asked to provide URLs to recent online work that you have produced, prior to interview.

Degree in computer science or related field preferred. Applicants with other degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.
