My client is searching for a Front Office Core Engineer with a strong operations, troubleshooting and support background in the networking industry. The role will require the support of the entire range of multiple vendors networking hardware. The Network engineer is expected to be able to react to alarms and manage customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling Ericsson network experience nodes (MGW, MSC, SGSN, GGSN, 4G)
• Responsible for investigation and resolution of detected incidents
• Incident coordination together with various Back Office teams
• KPI reporting responsible for all network related processed TT

Requirements

• 1-2 years telecommunication experience
• Strong knowledge on UMTS networks
• ITIL foundation is a plus;
• CCNA (or similar technical program) certification is a plus;
• Flexible to work in a shift schedule
