Administrator - Bracknell - 12 month contract - £13.74 per hour

Our client a Global manufacturing company is seeking a to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

About the role:
- Providing support to the team of portfolio managers with all general administration duties, coordinate monthly E- Newsletter, book meetings, raise PO's, arrange conference calls and venues for visits as well as booking travel and hotels for the team.
- Act as the key liaison, host and coordinator for European visits.
- Assist in Marketing Communication Projects on an Ad Hoc basis.
- Responsible for Corporate Credit Card.
- Able to adapt to change and likes varied busy days.

Role requirements:
- Experience of working in a corporate environment.
- Ability to liaise with people across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, personable character with the ability to be confidential and confident.
- Interest in Marketing is not essential.
