Seeking Javascript SPA Developer

Description

We are an international team of remote developers and with you, we will work with existing SPA Javascript apps and extend theirfeatures. You will be in charge of methodically planning updates to implement new features according to best practices and maintain a stable, working application while extending it’s functionality. Concise, proactive communication with all of your colleagues is a Must Have.

Our application is in use by 50,000 restaurants, and you should feel confident to help out immediately while maintaining application stability. You must have experience working on large webapps with other developers and you should welcome guidance from your teammates and be a flexible thinker. Debugging expertise is a central requirement. Core technologies include SVG, Knockout and jQuery.

Requirements:

Previous experience on a complex JS SPA webapp.

Always up-to-date on all the latest JS technology and best practices

Excellent JS debugging and code-reading skills even in the most difficult environments,

Ready to jump right in to existing code.

Work graciously with others to take their work and build on it.

Know how to plan for immediate business needs while blending them with long-term goals of the business. The application must not go down.

You should be happy to take a project and then plan, collaborate, communicate, and be prepared when you begin work every day.

Ask clear questions after you have done your research and exhausted your tools.

Must be available for daily Skype-Scrum and break-out sessions with your teams from 9:30am Pacific Time to 12:00pm Pacific Time.
