Description
The Epic Instructional Designer will provide consultant to management regarding training and development or optional approaches to solving specific problems related to organizational productivity. They will need to assess the learning needs of the staff in order to create a curriculum that best fits the needs of the team.Key responsibilities:
- Learn processes across departments and disciplines
- Participates in the evaluation of new module releases
- Identify enterprise workflow improvement opportunities and assists in implementation
- Attend meetings to review end user and tracking issues
- Troubleshoot problems and responds to questions from end user
- Communicates with vendor regarding technical issues
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare related field
- Must become Epic certified within first 6 months of employment
- Served as a lead in at least one go-live Epic application training
- Strong team work skills
