My Client is currently looking for a Senior Material Researcher of Graphene applications telecom to our Engineering competence centre in Sweden, to take on the challenge to study the impact that the material Graphene will have on the clients future radio concepts, this will be done on general level, on system level and on detailed design level.They expect this specialist to drive a number of technology studies in the graphene material research area, especially for "low cost & high quality" mass production technologies.
The work will be done in very close cooperation with their other design teams in thier global R&D organisation and our material research facility in China
Essential Skills required (as many from list below):
They expect the candidate to have more than 5 years experiences of postgraduate material research. In this research we would require that the major part of these years have been spent in areas related to Graphene. This graphene research can be within production of graphene, graphene material properties, testing related, quality inspection, applications (power components, displays, sensors, electronics, etc) or composites compositions etc. We expect that the candidate recognises the top resources in the global graphene competence network as well as their key area of competence. A good understanding of the structure of the EU Graphene flagship project is required and we also believe that experience of cooperation's with different universities is a natural part of this person's competence.
For this positon we require a Master or most likely a PhD in material research or equivalent background
We believe that this individual might have patents and have produced papers/articles at international conferences.
The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
