My client is currently looking for a highly-motivated technical expert with a strong background in RF circuits design, development, simulation and measurement. The candidate is expected to have a good mix of theoretical and practical design skills; He/She should both lead and participates in the design and development of prototype RF system for base stations. He/she will work on existing programs in multiple areas of research, including low cost RF connections between circuit boards, novel materials and technologies for low loss and high performance RF components design based on PCB technology.
The candidate should have excellent written, verbal and communication skills. He/she should speak English fluently and use English as working language.

Responsibilities
The Key responsibilities of this position are;
" Technology research and innovation of RF circuits design.
" Take responsibility for RF circuit board solution design in base station projects. Implement the solutions in products together with layout team.
" Cooperate with team members in other design centers.

Background
The ideal candidate will have a background which includes:
" Experience in electromagnetic and RF circuit design.
" Proficiency in design by 2D and 3D simulation.
" Expertise and experienced in measurements with Agilent and R&S instruments.
" Experience with standard numerical analysis and design tools such as HFSS/ADS.
" Experience in design of power up to 100Watts as well as low to 100mW RF circuits.
" Experience with design, development, and launch of cost effective products
" Hands-on experience introducing complex products in factories.
" Hands on experience as technical lead with customers and/or partners in new product developments
" 10+ years experience in a product development and innovation environment
Preferred: experienced at bringing products to market; controlling cost, transferring to manufacturing.
